At Spanxer, we are committed to providing our customers with a pleasant online shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear return and refund policy in place.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order by contacting us by email at info@spanxer.shop within  24 hours of placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Product Condition  : Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Deadline: You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Return Method: Returns must be made by post to the following address: 9 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. Please specify if you would like an exchange when requesting your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days . The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
